I’m an academic librarian interested in how we build programs and spaces that help students learn and have agency over technology and infromation. At Thompson Rivers University, I run the Library Makerspace and co-chair the Librarians’ Department.

My research grew out of a 2025 sabbatical spent making bags and thinking about what academic makerspaces gather, hold and make possible. I’m continuing that work through making and writing. Read about the project.
