Makerspace
At the TRU Library Makerspace, people learn by making, experimenting and following their interests. What began as a pilot in one room in 2020 has grown into a seven-room space with workshops, equipment lending, and support from library technicians and student ambassadors. Explore the Makerspace.
Current research
My research grew out of a 2025 sabbatical spent making bags and thinking about what academic makerspaces gather, hold and make possible. I’m continuing that work through making and writing. Read about the project.
